Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the research and development of enamel coatings for home appliances and product applications:
a) Research on enamel coating formulations, familiar with the relationship between enamel glaze composition and final performance;
b) Research on enamel coating process technology, familiar with the impact of enamel sintering processes on final performance;
c) Optimize enamel performance through adjustments to glaze formulations and processes, while addressing bad issues caused by production line sintering processes;
d) Responsible for the research and iteration of new technologies related to enamel.
2.Formulation and standardization management of enamel technology standards.
3.Participate in the planning of new material technologies for company products; collect technical information in professional fields and keep track of the development of similar products in the market.
4.Support mass production processes and manufacturing, providing professional material-related support and assistance in improving issues encountered in production and product stages.
Qualifications:
1.Master's degree or above in Inorganic Non-metallic Materials, Materials Science and Engineering, with over 10 years of experience in material research preferred;
2.Familiar with enamel glaze formulation design and optimization, as well as subsequent sintering process optimization;
3.Work experience in renowned domestic or international material research institutes or companies is preferred;
4.Proactive, meticulous, responsible, with strong communication and expression skills;
5.Familiar with material testing and data analysis, such as XRD, EBSD, TG, DSC, etc.
