Strategy & BD Project Manager
You will play a pivotal role in driving our strategic growth initiatives from conception to completion. You are expected to excel in orchestrating complex projects, facilitating seamless collaboration between local and global teams, and ensuring every initiative delivers significant impact. You will base in Shanghai, directly report to VP and Sonova China General Manager, dot line to Strategy, BD and M&A Senior Director.

In this role, you will be the operational engine behind our key strategic initiatives. Your core mission is to ensure flawless execution and clear communication across all projects.
- End-to-End Project Management
: Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle for strategic initiatives, from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in strict alignment with company objectives. - PMO Operations & Governance
: Lead the day-to-day operations of the PMO. Establish and maintain robust processes for documentation, risk logging, and change management, providing essential support in governance, project management, and communication for all projects. - Strategic Analysis & Reporting
: Collect and consolidate project data, conduct business analysis and financial modelling. Prepare summary reports and provide stakeholders with accurate updates and forecasts. - Drive Collaboration & Decision-Making:
Facilitate effective meetings to foster collaboration between local/global teams and various business units, ensuring actions are followed through and key decisions are made efficiently. - Communication Strategy & Execution
: Develop and implement communication strategies for the PMO and related projects, ensuring clear and consistent information flow with all internal and external stakeholders. - M&A Project Support:
Participate in the full M&A process, including due diligence, pre-closing activities, and post-acquisition integration and transition work.
More about you:
- At least 5 years of experience in top tier consulting firms / professional services firms (Big 4) or strategy/business development function in multinational corporation
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business, science or engineering from a top university with excellent academic track record; MBA preferred.
- Proven ability to demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Growth mindset with strong adaptability to fast-paced environments and comfort in managing ambiguity
- Native proficiency in Mandarin and full professional fluency in English are essential
