工作职责:
RD&I Design/Deploy Microbiology For Ice Cream Innovation/renovation/Saving
- Build Asia RD&I Microbiology Capability and Build Microbiological knowledge awareness for Asia RD&I
- Formulation/ Raw Materials Micro Risk Assessment;
- Partner with global RD&I Microbiology team to align with global requirements (e.g. Microbiology Specifications);
- Provide Microbiological expertise in support to Novel/New Process Design and Validation;
- Safety and Stability Challenge Tests;
- Support RD&I Pilot Plant and Factory New line Safe-by-Design,
- Ensure end-to-end quality in microbiology science-based support, including (statistical) data analysis and visualization, interpretation & presentation, and reporting to relevant stakeholders.
- Partner with Global team to identify and adapt new methodologies/process/procedures enabling continuous future fit microbiological data science.
- Lead technical local input for relevant good manufacturing documents and training materials to ensure renew/maintenance of product & process design knowledge.
Supply Chain & Product Quality Group Support
Support QA function on Hygiene, HACCP, Microbiological incidents and root cause analysis, training, audits where RD&I Microbiological expertise is required
Education
- Degree in Applied Microbiology with 5-8 years' experience in foods or ice cream.
- Proficient Microbiology laboratory skills, strong understanding of microbiological safety by design principles, knowing HACCP, sanitation, factory equipment hygiene.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, written and oral;
- Demonstrate strong passion to work in Microbiology for FMCG company;
- Can work in fast paced environment on diverse tasks with varying priorities and demands;
- Excellent team leader and x-functional working skill, capable to develop/build Asia microbiology team, leading Asia RD&I microbiological knowledge awareness & strong microbiology expertise accountability.
