What you'll be doing:
- Help track statutory audit progress across APAC and LATAM entities.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for regional audit updates, incorporating analytical findings.
- Support data collection and perform detailed analysis for statutory audit-related matters, including audit fees, LEID mapping, and identifying trends or discrepancies.
- Support reconciliation projects – particularly focusing on audit fees and Legal Entity ID (LEID) mapping.
- Help monitor and reconcile audit fee adjustments, liaising with local finance teams as needed.
- Support coordination efforts with network regional Financial Controllers and auditors.
- Provide administrative support to the APAC and LATAM statutory audit team as required.
What you'll need:
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, Maths, or Business Administration program.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (experience with data analysis functions is a plus).
- Phyton knowledge would be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn, particularly in financial analysis and audit processes.
- Previous internship experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis would be an advantage.
