Your responsibilities
Main Responsibility: 1. Responsible for the Stabilizer's manufacturing process (including inductive/conductive heating, hot forging, hot bending, cold bending, calibration, post bonding, injection, assembly of bushing/bracket, marking, etc.); 2. Responsible for the setup and verification of process parameters, summarizing and analysis of the trials run; 3. Responsible for the creating and maintaining of process documents (such as trials run record, standardized working instruction, operating instruction, changeover instruction, setup plan, etc.); Offer training to related people; 4. Responsible for the editing of delivery specification, reviewing of proposal and design, acceptance, and launch of new production equipment; 5. Responsible for the study and improvement of the Capability of Machine (Cmk) and performance of production equipment; 6. Responsible for the solving of related technical issues during trials and production; 7. Responsible for the continuously improvement of related process; 8. Responsible for the selecting and improvement of auxiliary materials; 9. Support the designing and improvement of tools and gauges; 10. Support the creating and maintaining of Process Flow Chart, P-FMEA, and VSA/VSM. Be a project team member to complete related tasks for new project; 11. Support the planning of capacity, the process input for project quotation, layout planning and investment application; 12. Comply with the company's OSH policies, compliance policies, etc 13. Complete tasks assigned by line manager;
Your profile
Qualification 1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related subject; 2. At least 3 years' experience in process engineer or similar position, automotive industry will be preferred; 3. Familiar with manufacturing process of Stabilizer; 4. Skilled in GD&T and AutoCAD. CATIA/Creo/UG will be a plus; 5. Practical activities related to process improvement in shop-floor; 6. Good communication skill in both English and Chinese;
