Key Responsibilities:
1.CEO Business Support:
· Efficiently and accurately arrange and manage the CEO's calendar, including meeting and travel arrangements.
· Pre-meeting reception, in-meeting support, and post-meeting follow-up for CEO-related meetings.
· Responsible for the CEO's transportation arrangements, including dispatching official vehicles.
· Maintain positive relationships with key clients, partners, investors
2.Executive Support:
· The company's daily administrative affairs, including managing office operations, visitor authorization, office supply procurement and asset management, coordinating with suppliers (such as property management and couriers), and ensuring a clean and tidy office environment.
· Arrange business dinners, team buildings, and daily employee meals. · Responsible for employee travel and daily expense reimbursement.
· Handle highly sensitive and confidential information, maintaining the utmost care and professional ethics at all times.
3.Other Project Support: · Assist the CEO with specific business projects or simple data organization as needed.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or higher, more than 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or senior administrative assistant.
2.Enthusiastic, meticulous, and proactive with strong communication skills, including excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, and proficient in office software.
3.Ability to anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, be calm, and adapt to flexible work schedules.
4.Possess a valid driver's license (proficient driving skills are a plus), and be able to handle stress.
