该职位来源于猎聘 Purpose & Objectives of Position 岗位目的: Fully participate in daily HR & Admin operations, especially focus on recruitment, payroll, training and office admin. Specific Accountability 具体职责:
- Be responsible for talent acquisition, conduct recruitment and channels management: including job posting, JD management, sourcing and interviewing candidates, reference check, offer letter preparation, online job board management, and new channels development etc
- Work with HR personnel vendor, conduct HR related procedures, including employee on-boarding, transfer, off-boarding process, etc;
- Prepare data for monthly C&B operation, data analysis, headcount and work hours report etc;
- Assist HR head to draw up training plan and budget, carry out company's internal training need analysis, and manage training development and delivery;
- Assist HR head in conducting company's performance evaluations, and regularly monitoring and updating performance dashboards for management team's review and reference;
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly and annual human resources work reports;
- Responsible for employee events, such as annual dinner, employee birthday celebration, outing and various staff engagement activities;
- Take full responsibility in office administrative operations;
- Complete other tasks assigned by your direct superior.
Job Qualification 任职资格:
- Bachelor's degree in human recourse or other management related major with knowledge of human resources, administration management, business management, labor law, etc.
- At least 5 years relevant experience in a generalist HR role at the foreign company, strong at recruiting, training and/or C&B
- Have some experience in admin management.
- Good English writing skills and fluent spoken English; CET-6 level
- Good at MS Office
