About The Role
Lead the global strategy, product lifecycle, and profit and loss for our Power MOSFET Product Group. Achieve outstanding growth in revenue and profitability.
What You Will Do
- Strategic Leadership:
- Lead a global team of highly skilled colleagues
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies
- Operate with customers, partners and colleagues on a global level
- Define and execute the global roadmap for Power MOSFET Portfolio to address AI, Electrification, Communication and Automation megatrends
- P&L Ownership:
- Manage global P&L for the Power MOSFET product group. Drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share gains
- Optimise R&D investments, CAPEX, OPEX, and resource allocation to maximise ROI
- Technology & Innovation:
- Lead the product group to drive innovation, industrial optimisation and long-term technology roadmaps
- Commercial Excellence:
- Work closely with Sales to increase market share globally
- Drive pricing strategy, competitive analysis, and value-based selling in collaboration with Marketing
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Align R&D (design, process engineering), Operations (wafer fab, Outsourcing suppliers), and Supply Chain to ensure on-time NPI and scalable production
- Mitigate semiconductor supply chain risks (e.g., fab capacity, raw materials)
- Market Intelligence:
- Monitor semiconductor industry trends (e.g., electrification, AI-driven power management). Translate insights into product strategy
- Acquire, maintain deep knowledge of competitors' capabilities and lead the team to analytical conclusions
What You Will Need
- Education: MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Semiconductor Technology
- 15+ years in semiconductor product leadership, with 10+ years focused on Power MOSFETs or adjacent power devices (IGBTs, SiC, GaN)
- Proven P&L management (>$200M) in a global semiconductor organisation
- Deep technical expertise in MOSFET device physics, process technology (e.g., epitaxy, lithography), and applications (e.g., motor drives, DC-DC converters)
- Industry Network: Established relationships with key semiconductor suppliers (fabs, OSATs) and customers (automotive/industrial OEMs)
- Global team leadership across the US, Europe, and Asia
