Job Duties: 1. 协助物流部门处理日常进出口海运流程; Assist logistics in handling daily import and export shipping processes; 2. 帮助监控货品物流情况; Help in monitoring the flow of cargos; 3. 输入和更新Glovia 数据和运输解决方案; Glovia data & shipping solutions input & update; 4. 物流备案,包括装运、进口等; Logistics filing, including shipments, import, etc.; 5. 前往海关窗口申请必要的进出口文件; Go to Customs Office to apply for necessary import and export docs; 6. 与货物代理沟通,进行货物清关; Communicate with broker to do the goods clearance; 7. 始终如一地及时保质保量完成工作; Consistently complete quality work in a timely manner; 8. 完成主管安排的其他工作。 Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: 1. 物流、外贸或其他相关专业,有物流/外贸相关实习经验者优先; Major in Logistics, Foreign Trade, or other related fields, relevant intern experience in logistics/foreign trade is a plus; 2. 英语通过四级,良好的中英文阅读与写作能力; Pass CET-4 and be good at reading and writing in both English and Chinese. 3. 掌握基本的计算机技能:Word, Excel, PPT; Master basic computer skills: Word, Excel, PPT. 4. 能够学习并使用Glovia系统及其他航运软件; Ability to learn and use Glovia, and shipping software; 5. 有良好的团队合作精神,良好的沟通能力和组织能力; Have a good team spirit, good communication skills and organizational skills. 6. 对员工和公司信息有高度的保密意识; Maintain strict confidentiality concerning aspects of employees and company information. 7. 必须能够来办公室每周三天,保持至少3-6个月实习。 Be on duty at least 3 days a week, and the internship period is 3-6 months or more.
