We work with agencies and clients to transform the value of data by bringing together technology, data and analytics capabilities. We deliver this through the Open Media Studio, an AI-enabled media and data platform for the next era of advertising.

Role Summary And Impact
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Reporting System Development
- Develop automated report generation systems using Python (Flask/Django), optimizing data collection, cleansing, and visualization workflows
- Design and implement interactive data dashboards, integrating visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Maintain reporting systems to ensure platform stability and data quality
2. Data Asset Management & Governance
- Establish data quality validation rules and develop automated auditing scripts (Pandas/NumPy)
- Implement version control mechanisms for maintaining code repositories and data dictionaries
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to design data middle-platform architectures
- Optimize workflows/data flows across technical and business teams
Measures Of Success
Within 3 Months:
- Master internal data workflows, data sources, and technical architecture of reporting systems.
- Deliver at least one automated report module using Python Flask/Django, ensuring 95%+ data accuracy in initial testing.
- Establish collaborative relationships with 3+ cross-functional teams (developers, stakeholders) to align on data requirements.
Within 6 Months
- Independently develop and deploy an interactive data dashboard integrating Tableau/Power BI, with user adoption rate exceeding 80%.
- Resolve 100% of assigned data quality issues using Pandas/NumPy scripts, reducing manual auditing time by 30%.
- Lead optimization of one key data workflow, improving data processing efficiency by 25%.
Within 12 Months
- Drive end-to-end development of a critical reporting product feature, contributing to a 20% reduction in stakeholder decision-making time.
- Propose and implement 2+ data governance enhancements (e.g., automated validation rules), reducing data errors by 40%.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and launch a data middle-platform prototype, supporting 2+ new business use cases.
