Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey
- Develop new customers and end users, increase profitable sales for robotics projects in Lab automation or life science applications. Work under pressure to fulfill sales targets.
- Acquisition of key customers/SIs in relevant fields, and well maintain them. Work together with Engineering team to develop technical solutions to meet customers' requirements and close the deal
- Analyze and communicate necessary operative marketing activities (fairs, end customer marketing, new applications road show etc.)
- Responsible to deliver the annual sales target in both quantity of robots and sales revenue
- Submit weekly report and update project pursuit list on a timely basis.
- Work with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future.
What it takes to Run what runs the world
- Bachelor's degree,Minimum 2 years working experience in laboratory and life science instrumentation industry. Be familiar with project selling preferred.
- Good presentation, selling and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral communication skills required.
- Proficient oral & written English skills.
- Proven ability to work as a member of a collaboration sales team.
- With high flexibility and work hard.
- Proactive, aggressive and initiative.
- A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
