该职位来源于猎聘 【Job Title】Senior Fittings Product Engineer / 高级五金产品工程师 【Role Objective】 As a key member of Fittings R&D Asia, you will be responsible for design and development of new technologies that will enhance our competitive edge in the fittings category. This includes innovative solutions for faucets, showers, and advanced water systems for purifying, heating, and cooling of water. You will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of global and regional stakeholders, adjacent R&D functions. Notably, you will work closely with our German R&D team for Grohe products and engage with suppliers, primarily based in China. 【Key Responsibilities / Duties & Responsibilities】
- Lead the design and development of new products through a stage gate process with the the collaboration between Asia Fittings R&D and Europe Grohe R&D
- Lead product development collaboration projects with our suppliers
- Study the technical feasibility of your design by engineering techniques, testing and prototyping
- Research competitive landscape, customer needs & pain points and develop new advanced technologies
- Provide timely support to the global team and maintain the launched products
- Cost and quality improvement of existing products 【Job Specifications(Experience & Knowledge)】
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in a product development environment, including 3D CAD modeling and PDM systems. Professional experience in fittings-related companies or suppliers will be greatly preferred
- Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects from concept to commercialization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse international teams
- Positive attitude to embrace challenges and energize those around you.
- Must be able to travel occasionally
