- Job Summary: Reporting to Head of HR APAC to play an active and supportive HR&Admin role for factory daily HR&Admin job sufficiently, provide quality HR&Admin support to organization with leading by HR head within factory, including on&off board, TA, Training, C&B, ER, Performance review, office admin, booking. - Essential Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Human resource:
- Handle the procedures of employee entry, resignation, transfer, etc., manage employee labor contracts and personnel files, and update employee information forms. 办理员工入职、离职、转正、调岗等手续,管理员工劳动合同及人事档案,更新员工信息表
- Organize induction training for new employees and assist the production department to carry out professional skills training;组织新员工入职培训,协助生产部门开展专业技能培训;
- Assist in the implementation of the company's personnel administration system;协助执行公司人事行政制度,;
- Coordinate the settlement of labor disputes and maintain good labor relations;协调解决劳动纠纷,维护良好劳动关系;
- Check the attendance records, count the overtime hours of employees, and calculate the monthly salary; Statistics of HR related index data.核对考勤记录,统计员工加班时间,计发每月薪资;统计HR相关指标数据。
- Employee leave registration management, maintain and update HR related statistical information tables员工请假登记管理,维护更新人力资源相关统计信息表格
- Participate in the preparation and execution of company activities (such as group building, annual dinner activity)参与公司活动(如团建、年会)筹备与执行
- Cooperate with department team members to complete various HR tasks.与部门团队成员合作完成各项人力资源工作
- Administrative:
- Be responsible for sorting, filing and keeping of documents, contracts and other materials. 负责文件、各类合同等资料的整理、归档、保管。
- Docking property, suppliers and other external units to deal with site leasing, cost settlement and other matters对接物业、供应商等外部单位,处理场地租赁、费用结算等事宜。
- Handle the daily administrative needs of employees and improve office efficiency处理员工日常行政需求,提升办公效率。
- Maintain office environment and dormitory, supervise office area cleaning, green plant maintenance and garbage disposal.维护办公环境和宿舍,监督办公区域清洁,绿植维护,垃圾处理。
- Daily maintenance and repair of office equipment management (printer, water dispenser, air conditioner, toilet) to ensure the normal operation of equipment. 办公设备管理(打印机,饮水机,空调,卫生间)的日常维护与报修,保障设备正常运行。
- Be responsible for the procurement, registration, distribution and inventory management of daily office materials of Shenzhen Company and each office (Dongguan Office & Kunshan Office) to ensure the adequacy of materials. 负责深圳公司和各办事处(东莞办&昆山办)日常办公物资采购、登记、分发及库存管理, 确保物资充足。
- Professional qualifications:
- 3 years college or above in major of Human resource management, English, or Business administration人力资源管理、英语或工商管理专业大专以上学历
- At least 3+ years in HR and related experience and preferred in MNC, work in factory HR filed is a must. 至少3年以上人力资源及相关工作经验,跨国公司优先,必须在工厂人力资源领域工作
- Sound Skill in oral and written English良好的英语口语和书面语技能
- Sound computer skill: MS windows, outlook, word, excel, PowerPoint, data analyst) 良好的计算机技能,包括:MS windows、outlook、word、excel、PowerPoint、数据分析)
- Good skills for presentation, strong communication and persuasion skills, good relationship with inner and external client. 良好的沟通技巧,与内外部保持良好关系。
