Our client is an established foreign brand. The candidate will be able to join them for an exciting expansion in China market.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales growth for all e-commerce channels through effective set-up, development, coordination, and implementation of brand strategy with stakeholders
- Work closely with internal marketing and commercial teams to ensure cohesion considering all sides of the business
- Manage merchant and partner relationships
- Work closely with external digital marketing agency
- Provide analytic reports of online sales and make improvement on it
- Develop, maintain and drive the annual sales plan inclusive of promotions, media, launch activities
- Analyze consumer insights and market data and report on competitor activity
- Responsible for developing go-to-market strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing/digital-related disciplines is a plus
- 8+ years of experience in China e-commerce with Chinese platforms such as TMall, JD
- In-depth understanding of the Chinese e-commerce ecosystem and operational mechanisms and constraints
- In-depth understanding of Digital Marketing and traffic acquisition in a Chinese context
- Business travel is needed for this role
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
