**Job Title:** Human Resources & Administration Director

**Location:** Shanghai, CHINA

**Reports to:** Group COO

**Mission**

Lead the strategic and operational integration of Human Resources and Administrative functions to drive organizational excellence at ICCF China. As a hands-on leader, you will oversee HR initiatives and administrative operations, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a culture of efficiency, innovation, and compliance.


**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Strategic HR & Organizational Development:**

  • Develop and execute the People strategy, aligning HR programs with ICICLE's business objectives.

  • Partner with executives on organizational design, workforce planning, and global expansion (e.g., new stores, Asian international market entry).

  • Drive sustainability initiatives aligned with the Group's values and integrate best practices across regions.

**2. Talent Management & Development:**

  • Attract and retain top talent through innovative recruitment and retention strategies.

  • Design and implement learning programs to upskill employees and build leadership pipelines.

**3. Employee Experience & Compliance:**

  • Oversee competitive compensation, benefits, and wellness programs.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health/safety regulations, and ethical standards.

  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

**4. Administrative Operations Management:**

  • **Office & Facilities Management:** Supervise daily office operations, including facility maintenance, security, and workspace optimization.

  • **Vendor & Procurement Oversight:** Negotiate contracts with suppliers (e.g., IT, office supplies), ensuring cost-effectiveness and service quality.

  • **Budget & Cost Control:** Manage HR and administrative budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.

  • **Policy Development:** Establish and update administrative policies (e.g., travel, procurement) to streamline operations.

  • **Cross-Department Coordination:** Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Finance teams to support organizational needs.

  • **Health & Safety Compliance:** Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and lead emergency response planning.

**5. Operational Excellence:**

  • Optimize HR and administrative workflows through technology adoption (e.g., HRIS, automation tools).

  • Maintain accurate records, generate analytics, and report on HR/administrative KPIs.


**Candidate Profile**

**Education:**

  • Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.

**Languages:**

  • Fluent in Chinese & English (written and spoken), French is a plus .

**Experience:**

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in HR **and administration**, preferably in multinational company.

  • Proven expertise in managing HR functions **alongside administrative operations** (facilities, procurement, budgeting).

  • Track record in leading cross-functional projects.
