Overall Responsibilities  Responsible for the Tmall channel management, support the group channel manager to achieve assigned sales target, improve brand market share, optimize channel profit, and accomplish other sales KPIs  Launch and lock campaign and brand resources in Tmall , collaborate with TP and platform closely.  Well communication with cross function like MKT team/ Trade MKT team.  Manage TP daily operation details improvement and achieved operation and sales KPIs. The assistant manager reports directly to the group channel manager and assists the manager to complete all the monthly/quarterly/yearly targets. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements  Great passion for e-commerce business, esp. health care business  Above 2 years working experience in CBEC e-commerce industry, experience in Tmall CBEC business preferred  Experience in distributor/TP management and understand channel P&L  Familiar with e-commerce store operation, including but not limited to traffic buying, promotion, CRM, etc.  Experience in Double 11 and 618 campaign  Good at data analysis for developing the sales opportunity and issues  Excellent communication skills to make sure smooth cooperation with cross function team and distributors or TPs  Good at English written and verbal skills Our values At Jamieson, our values are the guiding principles as to how we want to conduct ourselves and the behaviours we value as an organization.   • 负责天猫渠道管理,协助渠道经理完成指定的销售目标,提高品牌市场份额,优化渠道利润,完成其他销售 KPI 指标。
  • 在天猫发起并锁定活动和品牌资源,与 TP 和平台方紧密合作。
  • 与 MKT 团队/Trade MKT 团队等跨职能部门进行良好沟通。
  • 管理 TP 团队,进行日常运营细节的改进,实现运营和销售 KPI。 天猫销售助理经理将直接向销售经理汇报工作,并协助经理完成所有月度/季度/年度目标。 知识、技能和能力要求
  • 热衷于电子商务业务,尤其是保健品业务。
  • 2 年以上 CBEC 电子商务行业工作经验,有天猫 CBEC 业务经验者优先。
  • 有分销商/TP 管理经验,了解渠道损益。
  • 熟悉电商店铺运营,包括但不限于流量购买、推广、CRM 等。
  • 具有双 11 和 618 活动经验。
  • 善于通过数据分析来发现销售机会和问题。
  • 良好的沟通能力,确保与跨职能团队、分销商或 TP 的顺利合作。
