Responsibilities

  • Develop partner strategies, including the recruitment, evaluation, and management of partners such as referrals, eco-partners, and media.

  • Expand new sales partners and establish cooperative relationships with potential partners.

  • Maintain existing partner relationships, regularly communicate with partners to understand market demands and feedback.

  • Assist partners in developing sales plans and provide training and market support.

  • Monitor partner sales performance, analyze sales data, and adjust partner strategies in a timely manner.

  • Manage partner incentive policies to ensure the enthusiasm and loyalty of partners.

  • Participate in the formulation of the promotional activities and other market strategies to ensure alignment with partner interests and company goals.

  • Over 5 years of experience in channel management, with a good understanding of channel operation models and management methods.

  • Strong market insight and analytical skills to accurately grasp market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation techniques, and team collaboration spirit.

  • Proficient in office software and with certain data analysis capabilities.

  • Ability to travel.
