Responsibilities
Develop partner strategies, including the recruitment, evaluation, and management of partners such as referrals, eco-partners, and media.
Expand new sales partners and establish cooperative relationships with potential partners.
Maintain existing partner relationships, regularly communicate with partners to understand market demands and feedback.
Assist partners in developing sales plans and provide training and market support.
Monitor partner sales performance, analyze sales data, and adjust partner strategies in a timely manner.
Manage partner incentive policies to ensure the enthusiasm and loyalty of partners.
Participate in the formulation of the promotional activities and other market strategies to ensure alignment with partner interests and company goals.

Over 5 years of experience in channel management, with a good understanding of channel operation models and management methods.
Strong market insight and analytical skills to accurately grasp market dynamics.
Excellent communication skills, negotiation techniques, and team collaboration spirit.
Proficient in office software and with certain data analysis capabilities.
Ability to travel.
