Job Description:
• Independently plan and deliver the holistic media communication strategy with full understanding of brand equity, marketing objective and strategy.
• Work together with brand teams to amplify media activation campaign with full consideration of both quality and efficiency.
• Manage the media agency for day-to-day operational work, deliver the quality media plan and tracking of key projects to make sure delivery compliance.
• Stay acquainted with the latest media trend, market best practices and explore insights to the customer journey and empower the marketing team with media expertise.
• Collaborate with x-function smoothly for campaign implementation.
• Actional oriented to drive forward looking and timely review of today to get the whys and implement to the coming planning.
Requirements:
• At least 5- 6 years relevant working experience on media planning. Candidates with solid media agency experience will be highly preferred.
• Data and result-driven, with knowledge around metrics, KPI, ROI analysis and A/B Testing.
• Familiar with media landscape and trend, also an expertise on media and social platform planning and execution.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to lead media operations with media agencies and internal partners, and to drive multi-functional collaboration.
• Strong data analytical skill.
• Proficient in English writing and speaking.
• Preference to with experience on Food & Beverage business.
• Bachelor's degree and above.
