What is the job about?

Responsible for warehouse management to ensure warehouse operation conform to the account of real consistent principle.
Manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity.

Your main responsibilities:

Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
5S and EHS management for warehouse.
Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
Arrange, guide, trace and assess of the work of subordinates.
Maintain records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
Carry out subordinates' performance evaluation and training periodically.
Take in charge of communication with other function to make sure customer's requirement can be achieved.
Build, review and improve the related process, WI, and make sure effective completely implement.
Cooperate with production and effective to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the production line feeding.
Improve the stock accuracy in warehouse and improve the material handling efficiency.
VSM analysis regularly. Deploy LEAN Manufacturing concept in warehouse. Improve current material flow and information flow by using LEAN method. Information flow and material feeding rule/container and route design for one piece flow line.
Deploy GPS Roadmap - Physical material flow in plant.

What do you need to apply?

We expect you have:

College degree or above, or equivalent work experience required.
Good English skill both in oral and written.
At least 10 years in warehouse management in manufacturing industry, at least 3 years team management experience in warehouse.
Be good at communication skills and teamwork.
Familiar with Office software, ERP system, experience for SAP would be a plus.
