Job Responsibilities:

  • Category Business Growth: Fully oversee the online business for the Golf, Fishing Tackle, and Sports Outdoors categories, being responsible for key metrics such as sales revenue, gross profit, and inventory turnover.

  • Supply Chain Management:
    Expand and maintain deep cooperative relationships with core Japanese brands, leading product selection, negotiation, procurement, and supply chain optimization to ensure stable and competitive product sourcing.

  • End-to-End Operations: Develop and execute category operation strategies, including merchandise management, pricing strategies, and integrated marketing (e.g., new product launches, KOL collaborations, major promotional events), to drive sales growth.

  • User and Market Insight: Conduct in-depth analysis of user needs and market trends, providing data support for brand introduction and operational strategies to enhance user stickiness and repurchase rate.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience Background:

· 5+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, procurement, or category operations, with mandatory hands-on experience in Golf, Fishing Tackle, and Outdoor Sports categories.

· Possess direct cooperation or procurement experience with Japanese brands, familiarity with the Japanese supply chain and business practices; candidates with established brand resources are preferred.

2. Professional Competencies:

· Category Expert: Deep passion for and understanding of relevant sports equipment, with the ability to accurately grasp product features and user pain points.

· Business Operator: Possess sharp data analysis skills and business acumen, capable of independently formulating and executing business plans.

· Excellent Business Communication Skills: Strong negotiation skills and cross-cultural communication abilities. Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or equivalent) is a significant plus.

3. Core Qualities:

· Results-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent project management skills.

· Strategic thinker, capable of planning business from a "Country Site" perspective.
