What You Will Do
- Multiple quality control experience covers AQP/ MQA / GCQ/ SQA / QMS.
- New supplier survey/audit. Audit findings follow up till to close. Supplier PPAP review and approve.
- Handle supplier quality issue, release QN and follow up till to closed.
- Monitor production line quality performance. Such as IDR tracking and close. Collect the process yield rate and share Top 3 issues to team for CIP and follow up yield loss meet our target.
- To maintain / upgrade KS Lab or outsourcing 3rd lab for some part verification and validation.
- To maintain / upgrade Molex KS quality system, IATF16949.
- Handle all SIP review and release from incoming to outgoing/ CP release. And perform training to QC and inspector.
8 Handle customer audit, finding close. BSI IATF16949 annual audit.
9 Handle customer complaint such as sorting / recall reject part, gather team to analyze then provide FA/CA or 8D to customer and follow up to close.
10 Overall monitor Kunshan Molex quality
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Busbar / Automotive quality control background, prefer to have experience at DQA/ AQP.
- Knowledge cover ISO9001, IATF16949, APQP, FMEA, SPC, GRR/MSA, QC 7tools, 8D etc.
- At least 5 years of related experience in AQP / MQA related to busbar / automotive.
- Have QA team management experience
- Fully understand new product development procedure. APQP, phase 1-5.
- Proficient in quality standards such as IATF16949, VDA6.3 and compliance auditing experience.
- Good capability for data collection and analysis. And who can explain why MSA /SPC are not good. Give the team clear directions on how to improve.
- Good sense for CIP, good sense for teamwork, can work under some pressure when project schedule is short and rush.
- Better communication skills with internal and external, especially on customer communication, understand customer voice and reflect to our design / process control.
- Good understanding of personal computer hardware and software including MS office and SAP / MIE, especially can use Minitab do data collection and analysis.
- Familiarity with problem solving tools like 8D, 5Why, six sigma, QC
- Fluent English in speaking and writing.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience in the following:
- Metal sheet processing: Punch, laser, CNC, stamping, bending.
- Surface treatment: Powder coating, Ni / Tin / Silver plating, Cleanliness testing.
- Semi/final assembly: diffusion / resistance welding, lamination / PEM, CST, socket insertion
- Testing: Retention force test / Resistance test / Hi-pot testing / push out, torque testing.
- MS Office, Minitab, SAP, MIE.
- Project Management and process control experience
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and failure/root cause analysis skills.
