Job responsibility:
Design and development of prefabricated building related mechanical products and engineering equipment. Responsible for program formulation, key parts selection calculation, three-dimensional modeling and force analysis, drawing, prototype trial production and test tracking, use investigation and other life cycle related work.
Improvement of existing products. Responsible for investigation and analysis of faults and defects in production, propose improvement plan for product design and implement it in time.
3, combined with mechanical automation expertise, develop and improve the product process, so that the product is more suitable for the production of automated production line.
- Research and promote new production methods and technologies.
Job Requirements:
Proficient in Solidworks, AutoCAD and other 3D and 2D drawing software;
Skilled use of finite element analysis software or modules for mechanical analysis;
Experience in product design using surface modeling software such as ProE or Catia;
Familiar with the selection and calculation of common mechanical parts;
Master certain knowledge of machining technology and material;
Proficient in office software;
English reading and writing can satisfy daily communication.
