客服助理 Customer Service Assistant
Job Description

  • Customs documents preparation, national tax invoice billing registration for export shipments;
  • Assist in customs declaration process with customs broker to make sure the export process successfully.
  • Assit in Customs websit data entry or maintain, like certificate of origin(FORM E&N&A&K ect.) preparation, double check and issue formal certificate,authorize non-subcontract broker to do customs declaration .
  • Arrange samples and promotional catalogues arrangement required by sales and customers. Assist in distributes certificates/report etc. to customers.
  • Assist in freight/customs broker bill double check and application via Lotus(domestic shipment) and excel form (export shipment)
  • Document courier arrangement including place order on line, printing, chop, etc.. Paper documents filing every week.
  • Follow up all the issues related to CSD's operation once there are.

Requirement

  • College or above, at least 1 year working experience, be patient for work, good customer service attitude, can read and write English.
