Essential Functions of the Job:


• Team Management and Development: Hire, train, and develop a team of sales professionals focused on supporting large Marketplace sellers/clients.


• Business Strategy Development: Shape and implement strategies to support and grow large Marketplace sellers/clients, ensuring their success

on our Marketplace platform.


• Process Improvement: Create and refine business processes to enhance the productivity and efficiency of the sales team.


• Issue Resolution: Identify and address key issues affecting the performance and experience of large Marketplace sellers/clients with WMC Products.


• Leadership and Influence: Lead, coach, and influence team members within a matrix organization, demonstrating strong consultative sales skills and the ability to navigate complex, ambiguous situations.

Specific Duties and Accountabilities of the Job:


• Hire and develop a team of sales professionals to support large Marketplace sellers/clients


• Shape the business strategy for supporting and growing large Marketplace sellers/clients and helping them succeed on our Marketplace


• Create and refine business processes that improve the productivity and throughput of the sales team


• Identify and address key issues impacting large Marketplace sellers/clients' performance and experience with WMC Products


• Work within a matrix organization and lead, coach, and influence people


• Possess strong consultative sales skills with C-suite leaders, collaborative and innovative spirit, and comfort dealing with ambiguity

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements:


• 3+ years of hands-on experience in building and managing high-performing teams


• Proven track record of driving revenue growth with emerging opportunities and established partnerships


• Strong understanding of advertising technology and data/performance measurement trends


• Deep understanding of eCommerce fundamentals and trends


• Skilled storyteller with experience communicating marketing opportunities to brands


• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate insights, product information, and data into client value


• Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment


• Leadership experience in introducing new performance measures, processes, and systems to achieve operational excellence


• Ability to move fast, be bold, and adapt in a dynamic environment


• Effective cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills


• Proficiency in oral and written English and local language


• Bachelor's degree
