Job Description

Our Payment Performance team's mission is to manage and optimise merchants' payment flow, to achieve optimal conversion, compliance and cost. We just announced one of the most competitive end-to-end optimisation offers on the market: leveraging in-house machine learning, deep payment expertise and the power of our network data to reduce payment complexity and create revenue opportunities for our customers.
is seeking a Senior Specialist, Payment Performance to join the Commercial team to engage with our top tier customers in the APAC region, understand their payment pain points, reduce the payment complexity and grow revenue opportunities together with our customers.
You'll work closely with our customers in the region, as well as collaborate regularly with Payment Performance engineers, data-scientists, other product teams and cross-functional stakeholders. You'll discover new initiatives, identify pain points, and drive prioritisation for product development while working closely with our customers and Commercial team, to bring value to both internal and external partners.
You'll act as a champion for our Payment Performance solution – a suite of capabilities focused on bringing the best payment performance to our customers and markets. You'll bring structure and vision to the team to keep and our businesses ahead of the payment ecosystem's unpredictability.
What You'll Be Doing
- Closely work with our customers in the region to identify and lead the Payment Performance initiatives.
- Gain a deep understanding of our data-science driven solutions, and all other 's products.
- Build the data analysis framework for the commercial team to help with achieving commercial goals
- Perform competitor analysis to determine industry trends and differentiating factors
- Be the core advocate for payment performance product
Qualifications
About You:
- 4+ years of Product experience, managing product life-cycles from discovery to release
- Data driven, you clearly define success metrics and measure progress against them
- Effective communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across a variety of functions
- Ability to build bridges across the organization with high EQ and influencing skills
- Strong technical background, ideally a Computer Science degree, similar qualifications or experience
- Ability to convert business strategy into product vision and strategic priorities to drive product roadmap and execution.
- Strong fluency in English and Mandarin
