We're looking for a seasoned
Technical Expert
to join our core R&D team and act as a technical backbone across front-end, back-end, mobile (iOS/Android), and QA teams. If you're passionate about solving complex cross-platform challenges and elevating engineering excellence — this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex cross-team issues (e.g., API compatibility, version conflicts, performance bottlenecks).
- Analyze and break down recurring system errors, integration failures, and root-cause issues across platforms.
- Improve engineering efficiency by documenting best practices, debugging templates, and multi-end collaboration standards.
- Guide junior engineers in code review, debugging, and system design, and share knowledge through modular documentation.
- Anticipate technical risks in multi-platform integration and proactively provide scalable solutions to ensure stability and delivery quality.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java backend development, with solid architectural design skills and hands-on experience with Spring/Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with iOS, Android, and Web tech stacks, including Swift/Objective-C, Kotlin, React Native, and hybrid architectures.
- Deep understanding of HTTP/RESTful APIs, cross-platform communication (e.g., WebView), version control, and testing strategies.
- Experience building mocking tools, interface testing setups, and debugging playbooks.
- Proven ability to work as a technical bridge between teams, with strong logical thinking and collaborative spirit.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, act as a "technical firefighter," and resolve high-impact production issues swiftly.
