YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the implementation and application of HR directives, policies, processes, systems and programs in the relevant functions
  • Provide strategic talent and organizational support to meet business growth requirement.
  • Develop Talent Management strategy together with business managers to ensure right talents to have right development approach; monitor talent pipeline to supply business growth.
  • Manage labor law/litigation in close collaboration with the labor lawyer ensuring adherence the applicable laws and Company rules.
  • Support organizational changes (restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and divestments) through providing appropriate solutions to the business as required from the HR perspective.
  • Support business managers to implement performance management programs to build up high performance team.
  • Counsel and supports business managers in the resolution of specific individual HR issues; e.g. disciplinary actions, performance issues.
  • Contribute to HR marketing/employer branding thus ensuring that Bayer will be an employer of choice in the relevant functions in the local market.

WHO YOU ARE

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • English fluent both spoken and written.
  • 8+ years working experience in HR field, preferably in HRBP role, or experience in working across the core HR functions.
  • Sufficient employee relation handling experience and familiar with Labor Law and local practices.
  • Influencing skills with the ability to build long term partnership with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Experienced in multidisciplinary project and corresponding change management.
  • Ability to manage stress and conflicts.
