该职位来源于猎聘 Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
- Be in charge of end-to-end insights & analytics for Wellness brand. o Develop deep market and category analysis to identify business growth opportunities. o Lead monthly consumption reporting of cross channels, deep dive share driver/drainers and reasons behind. o Lead media and creative related analytics, including marketing mix, digital analytics, creative effectiveness etc.. o Bring innovation to life via relevant consumer insights, participating and leadin on ground research (e.g. needs exploratory, concept test, volumetric test.) o Ensure brand asset and communication are consumer-centered via consumer exploratory, communication development validation, post tracking of communication effectiveness, brand tracking (BPS) etc.
- Build trust partnership with global & local cross function team. o Drive business impact in Wellness BU via actionable insights delivery. o Build collaborative relationship with global and cross functional team.
- Independent project delivery and agency management.
- Participate in strategy discussion and build brand/communication strategy together with category. Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies) 申请资格 / 职位要求:(教育背景 / 工作经验 / 知识与技能):
- Experience in consumer insight/analysis in both agency and client side.
- Have deep understanding in market data and strong analysis skills, modeling & advanced analytics skills will be a plus.
- Have deep understanding in media environment and media & digital analytics.
- In-depth business and strategy understanding.
- Prior experience in conducting and leadin various qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
- Strong oral and written communication Skills and ability to influence peers/upwards.
