  • Develop brand strategy and communication planning for Walmart China, covering Walmart hypermarket & Sam's Club
  • Understand customers and market trends, use research and personal observation to develop insightful communications that drive customer trust and build desired brand attributes
  • Lead and manage marketing campaigns (from strategy to execution) and contribute to traffic, sales and brand awareness growth for whole company.
  • Build influence and relationships at all levels across key business areas, including Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, etc., to implement and execute brand initiatives
  • Lead and manage multiple projects and agencies simultaneously with a proactive, can-do attitude Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in retail or FMCG companies in the areas of Branding, Marketing, Advertising, etc.; 2+ years experience in management role is preferred; both agency and client-side candidates are welcomed
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Management, or other related fields
  • Strategic thinker: naturally curious about the customer's behaviors and needs, able to translate insights into actionable ideas
  • Creative: can develop creative ideas independently, eye for visual design
  • Project management: manage details of multiple projects simultaneously, efficient and accurate
  • Clear and succinct communication in written and verbal forms
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams of a large business with proven track record of influencing stakeholders of all levels
  • Resilient when faced with pushbacks; able to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-changing environment
  • Good English writing and speaking skills
