We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a strong background in the implementation, operation, and maintenance of hospital HRP projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in hospital financial module implementations, system integration between hospital HIS/SPD systems and SAP, and demonstrate hands-on ABAP development proficiency to support technical enhancements and customizations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial management, seamless data flow, and operational excellence within healthcare project environments.

What You'll Do
- Lead and support the implementation and ongoing operation of SAP FICO modules within hospital HRP systems.
- Drive configuration, testing, and deployment of hospital financial modules, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
- Manage interface integration between SAP systems and hospital HIS (Hospital Information Systems) and SPD (Supply Processing and Distribution) systems.
- Analyze and optimize financial and cost management processes, including disease cost project implementations.
- Collaborate closely with functional teams and technical developers to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
- Utilize SAP ABAP development skills to perform debugging, user exits, enhancements, and report development as needed.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and maintenance within hospital HRP projects.
- Proven implementation experience in at least two hospital projects, including disease cost project experience.
- Strong familiarity with interface integration between HIS/SPD systems and SAP.
- Proficient in SAP ABAP development, with hands-on experience in custom reports, user exits, and enhancements.
- Solid understanding of hospital business processes, financial workflows, and healthcare accounting systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional project teams and dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred to liaise with stakeholders and project teams.
