Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute national business strategies to ensure competitiveness and growth in the Alibaba International market.
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams, allocate resources, and achieve sales targets and market penetration improvements.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key partners to foster business development and market expansion.
  • Oversee market operation analysis, identify industry trends, and formulate or adjust market strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor business performance to ensure financial targets are met while optimizing operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • More than 8 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for those with experience in managing national markets.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring team potential and achieving business objectives.
  • Proficient in market analysis and strategy formulation, adept at seizing market opportunities with a keen business sense.
  • Fluent English communication skills, with strong cross-cultural communication and coordination abilities, and a willingness to travel frequently.
