Responsibilities

1. Brand 0-to-1 Strategy Development

  • Lead the design of brand positioning, visual system, cultural story and commercialization path, integrating traditional Chinese culture with modern luxury aesthetics.
  • Lead product line planning to ensure zero overlap with Chow Tai Fook's existing products while maintaining international market competitiveness.
  • Formulate brand globalization plans, and coordinate the implementation of supply chain, localization and compliance work.

2. Business Implementation & Store Expansion

  • Take full responsibility for the end-to-end store opening process, including site selection, space design, supplier collaboration, team building and operation standard formulation.
  • Manage independent budgets and optimize resource allocation.

3. Team Management & Collaboration

  • Directly lead the PM team in the initial stage.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to leverage Chow Tai Fook Group's resources (production, capital, technology, etc.) and drive the independent operation of the brand.

Qualifications

1. Experience & Background

  • Over 10 years of senior management experience in international luxury brands, with successful cases in Chinese market brand building or brand globalization projects.
  • Possess end-to-end capabilities in building a high-end luxury brand from 0 to 1, covering brand positioning, product development, store expansion and operation system.
  • Have in-depth insights into the commercialization of Chinese cultural elements.

2. Core Competencies

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop brand plans for 5 years or more, and balance artistic tone with commercial returns.
  • Resource Integration: Proficiency in cross-border cooperation, supply chain management and channel negotiation.
  • Leadership: Combine group collaboration awareness with entrepreneurial spirit, and adapt to efficient decision-making in a startup team.

3. Language & Culture

  • Fluent in both Chinese and English.
  • Capable of communicating with the international market and skilled in telling Chinese stories in an international context.
