Core Mission:

Centered around the PNM mission of "empowering supplier growth and optimizing cooperation value," lead the establishment and implementation of a full-lifecycle supplier performance system. Through data-driven performance evaluation, risk intervention, and layered incentives, increase the scale of active suppliers (25%+ year-on-year growth) and improve delivery quality (OTS≥92%, complaint rate≤2%), supporting the stability and competitiveness of the platform's supply chain ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance System Establishment and Iteration

◦ Lead the design of a tiered supplier performance management framework, covering "activity (order acceptance rate / quotation response), delivery capability (on-time rate / cost control), and quality stability (complaint rate / defect rate)" three core dimensions, aligning with Q4 OKR goals (e.g., active supplier growth, gross profit margin);

◦ Iteratively update the performance evaluation model monthly, adding special indicators based on business needs (e.g., conversion efficiency of USP certified suppliers' advantages, complex order fulfillment capability), ensuring indicators align with platform strategy.

2. Performance Review and Risk Intervention

◦ Lead the supplier performance review mechanism (WBR weekly risk tracking, MBR monthly evaluation, QBR quarterly strategic alignment), collaborate with PM and quality teams to identify underperforming suppliers (e.g., delivery rate <85%, complaint="" rate="">2%), formulate 15-30 day improvement plans and track their closure;

◦ Establish a full-process SOP for "performance early warning - intervention - rectification - verification," initiating downgrade or suspension of cooperation mechanisms for high-risk suppliers (e.g., no order acceptance for 2 consecutive weeks, recurring quality issues) to mitigate supply chain risks.

3. Tiered Incentives and Ecosystem Activation

◦ Design tiered supplier incentive programs

◦ Link performance data with order allocation (e.g., high-performance suppliers receive priority for high-margin orders) in conjunction with the Placing team, enhancing suppliers' initiative for performance improvement.

4. Cross-team Collaboration and Team Management

◦ As the PNM team's performance module lead, coordinate cross-departmental resources such as Product (for platform data support), Placing (for order allocation linkage), and Quality (for quality indicator alignment) to drive the implementation of the performance system;

◦ Lead a 2-3 person performance special project team, set team goals and growth plans, and enhance the team's data analysis and supplier communication capabilities.

5. Data Insights and Strategic Output

◦ Based on supplier performance data (e.g., delivery rate differences across industries, USP advantage conversion effectiveness), output monthly/quarterly insight reports to provide decision support for "supplier recruitment direction (e.g., prioritizing high-performance industries) and process optimization (e.g., shortening review cycles)."

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience

◦ Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in supply chain management, business administration, industrial engineering, or related fields;

◦ 5+ years of supply chain management experience in B2B platforms / manufacturing companies, including 3+ years of supplier performance management or team management experience, with a preference for those with "production-type supplier" management experience (e.g., machining, precision manufacturing industries);

◦ Experience in establishing "data-driven performance systems" (e.g., KPI design, implementation of review mechanisms) preferred, familiarity with OKR-KPI linkage logic is a plus.

Core Competencies

◦ Strong data sensitivity, capable of analyzing supplier performance data using Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau) to identify problems from data (e.g., root cause of low delivery rate in a certain region);

◦ Strong project management skills, capable of driving cross-departmental collaboration (e.g., coordinating with Product to optimize performance data dashboards, collaborating with the quality team to establish rectification standards) to ensure goal achievement;

◦ Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively engaging with suppliers (especially key/high-risk suppliers) to achieve performance improvement plans.

Professional Knowledge

◦ Familiar with the operational logic of manufacturing enterprises (e.g., production cycle, quality control processes), understanding key points of supplier qualification review (e.g., business license compliance, production permit verification);

◦ Possess supply chain risk control awareness, capable of identifying potential risks behind performance (e.g., delivery delays due to insufficient supplier capacity) and intervening proactively.

Bonus Points:

• Experience working at Xometry / industrial internet platforms / cross-border supply chain enterprises;

• Holds CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or other supply chain related certifications.
