Join Our Team as North Asia Regional HR Leader

Are you a passionate HR leader ready to make a meaningful impact? We are looking for a dynamic
North Asia Regional HR Leader
to partner with business leaders and champion our people agenda across Shanghai and Hong Kong.

About the Role

Reporting to the North Asia CEO and partnering closely with our Group Chief Human Resources Officer, you will spearhead HR strategies that align with our business goals while championing a culture of engagement, growth and excellence. Based in either Shanghai or Hong Kong, you will have the chance to make a real difference by leading key initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, and organisational change for our 2,000-strong workforce in one of our most dynamic regions.

What You'll Do:

  • Shape HR Strategy
    : Develop and execute HR plans that support business growth while ensuring compliance with local labour laws and global standards.
  • Build High-Performing Teams
    : Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning and leadership development to nurture a sustainable, skilled workforce.
  • Foster a Positive Culture
    : Drive employee engagement and create an inclusive environment where everyone thrives.
  • Champion Change
    : Guide organisational transformation, from restructures to mergers, with a people-first approach.
  • Lead with Impact
    : Manage HR teams in Shanghai and Hong Kong, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence
    : Oversee payroll, benefits, HRIS, and compliance to keep our HR operations running smoothly.
  • Drive Performance & Rewards
    : Implement competitive compensation strategies and performance management processes to align with company goals.

Who You Are

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with a passion for people and a knack for leadership. You bring:

  • 12–15 years of HR experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR practices in China and Hong Kong
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese an advantage
  • Degree in HR, Business, Law, or related field (master's preferred)
  • Strategic, collaborative, and passionate about people and organizational growth
  • Experience in healthcare, services, or other complex multinational environments (preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Location
: Shanghai or Hong Kong

Travel
: Regular travel between Shanghai and Hong Kong, with occasional trips to Singapore or Kuala Lumpur
