Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for recruiting for end-to-end support functions
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to ensure recruitment goals are achieved
Maintain and expand recruitment channels and optimize recruitment processes
Collaborate with various departments to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources or a related field
At least three years of recruiting experience, preferably with experience in multinational recruitment
Fluent English, which can be used as a working language
Excellent communication and coordination skills and the ability to work under pressure
