工作职责:
- Category Management and Innovation:
- Support BM on category development of Knorr dry seasoning category, develop and own the product portfolio roadmap for the China market.
- Oversee brand development and leading projects to ensure timely and complete delivery of innovations.
- Identify key issues and opportunities through data analysis, translating market data, trade, and consumer insights to assist in strategy building.
- Brand Building and Communication:
- Responsible for NPD communication plan and assets development, including POSM design, PMG selling story, tasting recipe development, etc.
- Create communication plans for selected product portfolios.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of communication activities.
- Project Management:
- Collaborate closely with customer marketing, field sales, instore activation teams, finance, R&D, supply chain, market research, legal, regulations, execution agencies, and design agencies.
- Prepare materials for instore activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience in the FMCG industry, especially in food and beverage.
- Proven brand development skills with a strong track record in innovation (0-1 innovation experience required).
- Balanced strategic, analytical, and creative skills.
- Passion for high performance and recognized as a talent catalyst.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of innovation process management.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and influencing skills, solution-oriented.
- Integrity, honesty, accountability, passion for food.
- Fluent in English.
