- People dashboards, data analysis and reports.
- Project manager for critical HR projects.
- Internal Communications, including rhythm of meetings and follow-ups.
- HR4HR, department budget planning and tracking
- Other tasks assigned by CPO

Must have
- Proven record as fast learner, high potential and learning agility;
- High analytical skills
- Master software/system in data analysis, dashboarding, presentation, etc.
- Exceptional communicator, verbal and written;
- Proven record in project management;
- High EQ, Proactive and resourceful;
- OE mindset, positive, open for feedback and great sense of urgency.
Nice to have
- MBA or master graduate from reputable overseas university will be a plus;
- 3-5 years working experience;
- Experience in consulting firm or HR function will be a plus;
- Experience in using power BI, Canvas, Oracle, Workday, will be a big plus
