Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation & Configuration:

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Manufacturing and Quality modules.

  • Ensure SAP SCM(ERP, MII etc) and non-SAP SCM products(MTS, MES etc) align with Andrew processes and overall business strategy.

  • Work closely with business to look for opportunities to enable GenAI technologies.

  • System Integration & Enhancement:

  • Integrate SAP SCM with other SAP modules to enable seamless data flow.

  • Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and patches within the SAP environment.

  • Process Optimization:

  • Collaborate with other SAP teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

  • Develop and implement best practices for Manufacturing and Quality areas.

  • Reduce existing areas of customizations and make arguments to adopt standard processes.

  • Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP Manufacturing and Quality related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to production operations.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, business processes, system changes.

  • Project Leadership:

  • Lead SAP related projects, including planning, resource allocation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

  • Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
  • Align SAP PP/QM configurations with broader organizational goals in collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree.

  • 3+ full life-cycle SAP implementation experiences in SAP PP or SAP Bolt-On system's configuration, customization, and integration etc.
  • Familiarity with HEC and RISE areas.

  • Ability to implement or lead Gen-AI technologies.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of SCM (including non-SAP technology) processes.

  • Familiarity with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Bolt-Ons, Fiori apps etc.
  • Knowledge of SAP integration with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and other production systems.

  • Knowledge of SAP labeling processes and Mobile device setup.

  • Leadership & Project Management:

  • Experience leading SAP projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to create strong relationships with business partners.

  • Additional Skills:

  • Broad knowledge of project management methodologies.

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and production optimization strategies.
