We are looking for:
1. Project Manager
Experience: 20 years total, 10+ years as Project Manager
Leads the overall execution of marine civil infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, budgets, and safety standards. Oversees all project phases from planning to commissioning, including stakeholder management, contract administration, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Provides strategic leadership and direction to multidisciplinary teams on complex marine structures such as jetties, piers, breakwaters, and offshore platforms.
2. Deputy Project Manager
Experience: 20 years total, 10+ years as Deputy PM
Supports the Project Manager in the day-to-day coordination and management of marine infrastructure projects. Assists in resource planning, scheduling, cost control, and contract compliance. Plays a key role in technical coordination, subcontractor management, and ensuring progress aligns with project milestones. Acts as Project Manager in their absence.
3. Construction Manager
Experience: 20 years total, 10+ years as Construction Manager
Manages on-site construction operations of marine infrastructure projects, including oversight of construction crews, subcontractors, and equipment. Ensures that construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Coordinates with engineering, planning, and HSE teams to resolve technical and logistical challenges on site.
4. Planning and Scheduling Engineer
Experience: 15 years total, 10+ years in planning/scheduling
Responsible for the development, monitoring, and updating of project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. Prepares detailed work breakdown structures (WBS), resource histograms, and progress reports. Coordinates with project teams to ensure timelines are realistic and adhered to, identifying critical paths and potential delays in marine construction activities.
5. Cable Stay Bridge Engineer
Experience: 15 years total, 10+ years in cable-stay bridge projects
Specializes in the design, analysis, and construction supervision of cable-stayed bridges, with emphasis on marine environments. Provides technical oversight on cable anchorage systems, pylon erection, and tensioning operations. Works closely with structural and geotechnical teams to ensure structural integrity and compliance with design standards.
6. Bridge Piling Engineer
Experience: 15 years total, 10+ years in bridge piling
Expert in the planning and execution of deep foundation works for bridge structures in marine and coastal zones. Oversees piling operations including driven piles, bored piles, and caissons. Ensures compliance with geotechnical reports, manages soil testing, and coordinates with marine and structural teams to mitigate risks related to pile installation.
7. Bridge Engineer
Experience: 15 years total, 10+ years in bridge engineering
Responsible for the design, construction, and inspection of bridge structures, especially in marine settings. Ensures designs meet applicable codes and project specifications. Supports the project team with structural assessments, method statements, and construction sequence planning. Coordinates with materials, geotechnical, and construction teams.
8. Geotechnical Engineer
Experience: 15 years total, 10+ years in geotechnical engineering
Provides geotechnical investigation, analysis, and design support for marine infrastructure projects. Assesses soil-structure interaction, slope stability, settlement, and bearing capacity for foundations, retaining walls, and underwater structures. Prepares geotechnical reports and supports foundation design and construction, including pile testing and ground improvement techniques.
9. Quantity Engineer (Quantity Surveyor)
Experience: 15 years total, 7+ years in similar position
Prepares cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and cost control documentation for marine infrastructure works. Assists in contract administration, variation orders, and interim payments. Works with project and procurement teams to monitor budgets and ensure accurate forecasting and cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
10. Materials & Quality Control Engineer
Experience: 15 years total, 7+ years in similar position
Monitors and ensures compliance of materials with technical specifications for marine construction works. Conducts material testing, site inspections, and quality audits. Oversees concrete mix designs, steel reinforcements, and specialized marine-grade materials. Implements quality control procedures and assists in troubleshooting non-conformities.
11. Health & Safety Officer
Experience: 12 years total, 7+ years in similar role
Implements and enforces health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on marine construction sites. Conducts risk assessments, toolbox talks, safety audits, and incident investigations. Works closely with site teams to promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations.
12. Hydrographic Engineer
Experience: 12 years total, 7+ years in similar role
Conducts hydrographic and bathymetric surveys to support marine construction activities. Utilizes sonar systems, GPS, and data processing tools to map seabed conditions and underwater features. Provides survey data for dredging, piling, and structural installation. Ensures data accuracy and integration with design and planning teams.
