We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PCG AP Key Account Manager to join our team. This role is critical in managing and nurturing key accounts within the PCG Asia-Pacific region, ensuring strong relationships and strategic partnerships are maintained to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Strategically manage key accounts to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and support teams to align strategies and provide seamless service to clients.
- Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities within the Asia-Pacific region to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present account plans, forecasts, and reports to senior management, demonstrating progress and strategic initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms while fostering sustainable partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues that affect the client's experience.
