该职位来源于猎聘 Title: Senior Solution Support Engineer, INET JOB SUMMARY Solution Support Engineer is a local technology expert providing Pre and Post Sales technical support to regional customers and partners both offsite and onsite. With in-depth technology knowledge about Belden solutions, Solution Support Engineer is able to implement the solutions based on given concepts, solve complex technical challenges with install base and supporting works. Training and sharing technology insights both internally and externally is part of their daily tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technical contact for regional Sales and Channel partners for day to day to support
  • Provide on-field support in projects and other initiatives as per strategy defined by regional Sales.
  • Serve as the Layer-2 technical point of contact for accounts and partners within their territory; manage the technical relationships with technical customer associates and partners
  • Use your in-depth product and telecommunication industry knowledge to provide Proof of Concept (PoC) and help commercial team to validate high-risk solution
  • Execute technology workshops and trainings as per customer/project requirements
  • Solve post sales technical issues through CIC ticketing system
  • Reporting projects and customers' feedback to CIC/GPS/Sales
  • Provide project execution service on site as per requested
  • Develop and deliver business-focused solutions presentations to executive-level audiences in large customer organizations
  • Technically enable our partners to make them more independent from Belden's technical associates KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Education & Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in customer facing technical experience in supporting Metro or TPT related industrial technologies
  • Engineering Graduate with focus on IT or Industrial Automation, Masters preferred
  • Able to diagnose complex network architecture and provide customer ad-hoc solutions and/or trainings
  • Technical know-how in Industrial Ethernet and technologies like Cloud, ICS
  • CCNA/CCNP/CISSP or equivalents are preferred.
  • Experience of delivering IT or Metro or TPT related networking projects independently.
  • Experience of working within a medium to large sized international organizations or their local channels.
  • Experience of successfully operating in a matrix environment.
  • Experience of working with cross functional teams, including Sales, Marketing and Product Development.
  • Proven track record within a service role in a market and industry relevant to the Belden organization. Abilities

  • Ability to travel in China as required to perform the duties of the role (50% + frequency of travel)
  • Proficient in using common network analysis tools, such as Wireshark and Sniffer. Analyze the packet independently
  • Solid knowledge of the following areas: Must have: Switching, Routing, Network technology and QoS

Nice to have: Firewall, WLAN, Python language

  • Proficient in Visio or other drawing tools
  • Document writing experience
  • Relevant certificates are preferred, such as HCIP/HCIE/CCNP/CCIE/H3CSE/H3CTE
