Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Responsible for regional quotations/ enquiry and follow up through SFDC, including assigning potential demand to regional sales team
- Prepares and administers all commercial documentation such as formal quotation, contract and the relative agreements , and do the proper record retention
- Coordinate with other departments to follow the customer or sales demand, ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, through the relative ERP system
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues related to products, delivery, service or others, and determines what corrective action needs to be taken
- Goods delivery monitor and coordinate with customers to pick the goods on schedule , arrange the shipment
- Payment collection & credit support and monitor, assists Finance department with account receivable on cash application
- Track and Follow customer forecast
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions.
- Other assignment by the company

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum two year's working experience in customer service, preferably in the industrial automation products or manufacturing industry
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Good computer skills with other MS office, PowerBI, CRM software (e.g salesforce, 4TH Shift, oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism, and work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and administrative skill
- Marketing / commerce/ technical graduate
- Effective spoken and written English
