Who Are We Looking For?
- At least 5 years of successful cargo sales and marketing experience;
- Exposure to Sales, Cargo Operations, with a broad network and connections in the cargo industry
What's The Role All About?
- Ensure the attainment of revenue budget of the Station - achievement of assigned contribution to tonnage and revenue targets
- Promotion and sale of the company's cargo products and services to cargo agents, freight forwarders, direct shippers, and government entities
- Regular sales visits to cargo agents, forwarders, shippers, and other clients to ensure the attainment of cargo traffic and revenue targets. Attends clients' concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
- Market Intelligence – Gathers and analyze OAL information on sales, pricing, market practices and conditions, operational developments, OAL incentives, service quality, operational enhancements
- Cargo reservations – Accepts reservation / booking from customers. Send/advise booking confirmation to agents.
- Load Planning – Prepares Cargo Booking Advise (CBA) to be given to operations as loading guide
