该职位来源于猎聘 POSITION SUMMARY: The Asst. CS Manager serves as the senior position of department:

  • Develop strong communication links with internal stakeholders to support HoF for process / system improvement
  • Lead a team to handle 1 - 2 key accounts, escalation points in the event of problems
  • Extensive communication internally with related departments and externally with customers for demand fulfillment, capacity / material supply challenges to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Result-oriented with good data-analysis skills to sanitize customer forecast demand, anticipate risks and provide solutions RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Order Processing in SAP, closely work with PPC for order confirmation, scheduling and ensure on time delivery
  • To handle customer enquiries, complaints, coordinate with different depts. to fulfill customer needs
  • To closely monitor and prepare customer demand and forecast fluctuation report to HoF
  • To handle excess with customers and plant for order planning and settlement
  • To lead risk buy discussion and negotiation with customer
  • To handle spot buy and negotiation with customer
  • To support resolving overdue payments (price related)
  • To steer customer visit and attend customer meetings
  • To lead system and process improvement plan POSITION AUTHORITY: 1. 10 years or above working experience in order processing and customer services for international company
  • Good communication & presentation skills, fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Ability to work under pressure independently, self-motivated, good mind set, accountable
  • Knowledge / experience in manufacturing operation process
  • Open minded, adapted to changes, good in trouble-shooting
  • Familiar with ECO / E&O / RMA / NPI process
  • SAP (ERP) and computer literate, good data analysis skills
