职位目标:
负责管理区域内本地连锁零售药店和NKA全国重点连锁的分部。岗位主要目标是制定和执行年度客户策略,推动品牌活动和数字化转型,包括RCRM会员全域营销,在公司政策和要求下确保实现销售额目标和业务增长。
主要工作职责:
- 制定年度客户联合生意计划(JBP)并达成业务目标:在公司政策和要求下,制定和执行区域内NKA全国重点连锁客户分布及区域/本地连锁客户的客户管理和销售策略,以实现区域内销售额目标和客户满意度。
- 推动品牌活动:组织和实施品牌推广活动,确保活动成功实施并提升品牌影响力和销售业绩。
- 对接OTO/BTC活动落地:负责协调和落实客户的线上到线下(OTO/BTC)活动,确保活动的顺利执行和预期效果的达成。
- 推动数字化转型:推动零售客户的数字化转型,包括实施RCRM会员全域营销,提高客户参与度和忠诚度。
- 管理客户关系和合同: 维护与本地连锁零售药店及NKA全国重点连锁分部的关系,处理合同谈判、签署及执行,确保合同条款的有效履行。
- 协调内部团队:指导区域KA团队,开展辖区内各级客户分布/总部的JBP谈判制定及相应的业务计划落地执行,确保与公司策略相一致,提高整体工作效率。
- 监控销售数据和市场表现:定期分析区域内销售数据和市场表现,提出改进建议,优化业务策略和活动效果。
任职条件
:
- 本科及以上学历
- 10年以上销售或客户管理经验,有外资企业或大型企业经验者优先
- 了解商业和零售操作的相关法律法规,具备品牌活动管理和数字化转型经验
- 优秀的销售和客户管理能力
- 良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力
- 良好的逻辑思维和市场分析能力
- 良好的团队合作能力
- 良好的英语听说读写能力
- 熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件
