MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

  • Strong and solid execution capability to well support line manager in comprehensive brand marketing development and execution

  • Good execution skills to ensure the implementation is well managed and results is well delivered, whilst conform with brand image and standard.

  • Well co-work with HQ to enhance brand standard yet putting into consideration of local relevancy or needs
  • Support the line manager in branding concept development (out of box ideas) and event retro-planning in different phases
  • Qualified event management skills in event implementation and execution under supervision of line manager
  • Develop unique and premium ideas and proposals based on input of market and/or sales, as well as brand image and identity.
  • Independently handle small scale events or trade activities from concept development to on-site execution, while provide sufficient support to line managers and the whole team in middle and mega event, to play a proactive role in results delivering as directed.

  • Strong marketing sense and skills

  • Well logical thinking and good project management skills, capable of multiple task management and prioritizing tasks

  • Strong self-motivation to achieve good result.
  • Willing to think and optimize throughout the entire preparation and planning process.
  • Curious about market trends and loves to explore new formats of retail activities.
  • Basic event production knowledge, including but not limited to normal material's price, distinguishing between different materials and finishing, structures etc.

  • Support to monitor, analyses and evaluate domestic and international trade market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity in order to identify market opportunities for the brand.

  • Budgeting and control

  • Assist line manager in budget planning, budget control, monitoring and each project's landing.

  • Good ability to control budget and negotiation on cost with involved parties.
  • Good ability in performance track and review based on ROI.
  • Work with line manager to propose alternative solutions when faced with budget constraints.

  • Team player

  • A good coordinator to manage different internal and external teams, especially with retail team, franchises and wholesale team.

  • Provides sufficient support to the whole team for big to mega branding events and play a proactive role in delivering results as assigned.

  • Administrative and others

  • Capable and timely follow-up for all aspects of the project – including PO creation and payment for vendors, post event report etc.

  • Work with 3rd party vendor for print material translation and local print if necessary.
  • Assumes additional related responsibilities as assigned.
  • Communicate with corporate relevant team for print materials and gifts ordering, new project launch communication.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

Education:

University graduate majoring in Business, Marketing or related disciplines

Languages:

Proficiency in English and Mandarin as a must,

Professional experience & know how :

  • Solid exposure in marketing and event in luxury industry
  • Meticulous with strict attention to details
  • Good logical thinking and well-organized person
  • Good knowledge and experience of Event management
  • Capable of project management
  • Excellent understanding of the brands
  • Strong self-motivation and quick learning

Technical & management skills:

  • Strong PowerPoint skills and use of graphics – good judgement on presentation logic and numbers
  • Project Management and executional abilities
  • Good planning, implementation, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and use of graphics – common sense checks on presentation logic and numbers

Personal & interpersonal skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • In depth knowledge of marketing, particularly retail marketing
  • Ability to work under pressure.
