About The Role
The Food Service Brand Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and execution brand activities to support channel penetration and business growth.

The role needs to build a deep understanding of the focused customer and market. Partner with commercial and other cross functional team, provide tools and enabler to distributors, bring value to the customers, activate the brand and support long term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Activations for Distributors
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and execute an annual activity plan (e.g., product demonstrations, masterclasses, distributor training).
  • Oversee end-to-end execution, including planning, tracking, and performance evaluation.
  • Demonstrate agility to adapt plans based on market feedback or changing business needs.
  • Trade marketing materials & Execution
  • Develop high-impact trade marketing materials (e.g., premiums, videos, visual assets) to empower distributors.
  • Provide training and guidance to distributors on effective use of materials to drive results.
  • Handle vendor and tracking marketing expense against budget.
  • KA presentation
  • Support regional KA business with trend, concept, production introduction, presentation. Drive regional KA engagement and presentation.
  • Market & Customer Insights
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer preferences, and industry trends.
  • Proactively gather, analyse and share actionable insights with cross-functional teams to inform strategic decisions.
  • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Substantial trade marketing skill set in food service distribution business– at least 5 years' experience of plan & execute brand activation activities, including events as demonstration, distributor summit meeting, master class, KA presentation etc.
  • Good business acumen in food service offline distribution channel, in depth understand of the business model.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and drive multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills – proficient at "connecting the dots" to develop feasible action plans.
  • Experience of handle and manage distributors' counter party team.
  • Good English and office software application skills.
  • Willing to travel up to 60%.
