We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In This Role, You Will
Main Job Responsibility
- Taking the lead for Fund Product and commercialization
- Facilitate end-to-end product life cycle management to ensure customer-centric products to be offered to customers and ensure the process fulfill regulatory requirements and Group policy
- Analyze industry trend, competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats for wealth product development
- Support fund product roadmap, product line expansion, digital marketing, pricing, value proposition, segmentation, investment advisory, customer service
- Launch new products from new partnership development, business term negotiation, customer needs assessment, new product onboarding, sales training to after-sales service
- Initiative Development
- Identify key business drivers and brainstorm for investment product initiatives,
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders one-stop solution by leveraging resources from HSBC Group
- Project Management
- Work independently and lead as team player to develop digital platform across customer continuum
- Enhance customer journey to offer friction-free customer journey
- Process enhancement across manned and digital channel to build up a user- friendly platform/user interface for customers
- Lead system projects from planning to execution - user requirement, UAT testing, production testing, customer & frontline communication, commercialization plan
- Data Analysis & Insight
- Monitor customer portfolio to identify risks or opportunities for sustainable business growth
- Identify customer behavior and equip frontline with the tools to deepen the long-term customer relationship
- Explore business opportunities by deep diving into the data across quantitative and qualitative views
- Risk Control
Ensure business risk is properly assessed and fully executed when developing the business growth plan. Demonstrate disciplined risk awareness when identifying new business opportunities
Major Challenges
- Smoothly communicating with the stakeholders: the development of a new product and implementation of a project requires contact and liaison with various internal departments and external suppliers/partners. This calls for the jobholder to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to establish effective relationship rapidly.
- Launching competitive and profitable products: the market conditions in China are complex with various central and local regulations, changing customer needs and increasing competition. This requires the jobholder to possess acute understanding about banking product and the market development as well as capacity for practical, analytical and innovative thinking. In addition, the jobholder should possess strong commercial sense to enhance the Bank's profit
- Ensuring effective products launch and project implementation: the launching of each product requires careful planning and ability to adjust to unexpected changes. The jobholder must be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and have strong problem-solving skills to face setbacks and take advantages of sudden changes.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- University or above graduated
- At least 10 ears' experience in banking industry with at least 8 years' experience in investment products
- Experience in establishing a business and coordinating resources
- Ambition to grow business with the team, including external and internal stakeholders
- Good English and Mandarin communication, MS Excel skill, MS PowerPoint skill
- Obtained Fund Qualification from AMAC
