该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and explore business opportunities through consumer, market and competitor trends understanding. And translate that into innovation strategy and define opportunity
  • Work closely with line manager and local commercial teams to create competitive 3-5 years innovation pipeline to drive business growth
  • End-to-end product management of every new product development projects
  • Coordinate with internal departments including R&D, quality control, procurement, logistics, legal, etc. and external parties to ensure timely completion of every NPD project
  • Propose marketing communication plan and lead development of master communication assets including KV, Leaflet and video, etc. Requirements:
  • Bachelor or master's in marketing/communication or related majors
  • Solid experience in product marketing
  • Strong project management skills, able to solve problem in complex construct
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – written and oral
  • English can be as a working language
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
