该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and explore business opportunities through consumer, market and competitor trends understanding. And translate that into innovation strategy and define opportunity
- Work closely with line manager and local commercial teams to create competitive 3-5 years innovation pipeline to drive business growth
- End-to-end product management of every new product development projects
- Coordinate with internal departments including R&D, quality control, procurement, logistics, legal, etc. and external parties to ensure timely completion of every NPD project
- Propose marketing communication plan and lead development of master communication assets including KV, Leaflet and video, etc. Requirements:
- Bachelor or master's in marketing/communication or related majors
- Solid experience in product marketing
- Strong project management skills, able to solve problem in complex construct
- Strong communication and presentation skills – written and oral
- English can be as a working language
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
