The role develops and executes integrated marketing plans to generate leads, accelerate sales pipeline, and support business growth in alignment with global and local strategies. 主要职责 / Key Responsibilities

  • 制定并执行本地市场年度营销计划,推动销售线索及业绩增长; Develop and implement the annual field marketing plan to drive demand and pipeline growth.
  • 设计并执行多渠道整合营销活动(线上、线下、社交媒体、电子邮件等); Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • 负责本地活动(会议、研讨会、展会等)的策划与执行,确保ROI最大化; Plan and manage local events, ensuring strong pre-, during-, and post-event engagement.
  • 与销售团队紧密协作,推动市场线索转化为销售机会; Partner closely with sales to accelerate pipeline and improve lead conversion.
  • 管理本地供应商与代理商,监督活动执行质量与成本控制; Manage local vendors and ensure quality and cost efficiency in campaign execution.
  • 负责市场预算规划与费用跟踪,定期报告营销活动绩效及投资回报率; Oversee marketing budget, track ROI, and report campaign performance metrics.
  • 推动品牌在大中华区的本地化传播与客户互动,提升品牌知名度; Localize and activate global brand initiatives to enhance visibility in the region. ⸻ 任职要求 / Requirements
  • 本科及以上学历,市场营销、传播或商业相关专业; Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, or Business-related field.
  • 5年以上B2B市场营销经验,有跨国公司或科技行业背景者优先; Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally in multinational or tech industries.
  • 熟悉市场活动策划、数字营销、内容营销与潜在客户生成流程; Strong experience in field marketing, digital marketing, and demand generation.
  • 熟练使用营销及销售系统,如 Eloqua、Salesforce、GA、WeChat 等; Proficient in marketing tools such as Eloqua, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and WeChat.
  • 优秀的项目管理与沟通协调能力,能同时处理多个复杂项目; Excellent project management and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
  • 中英文听说读写流利,能与国际团队高效沟通; Fluent in both English and Mandarin, comfortable working in a global environment.
